CHAT PRESTIGE takes care of the care of the customer's cat (or cats) during his absence, in the form of daily or twice-daily home visits.

1- SERVICES

1-1 Working areas

CHAT PRESTIGE provides its services in the following areas:

1-2 The pre-visit

After a first contact by email or telephone, and before any services, a first visit (approximately 40 minutes) to the customer's home is imperative.
This first visit allows CHAT PRESTIGE to meet the client and his cat, to learn about the animal's environment and thus to note the cat's habits and the client's recommendations.
• The client and his service provider sign the custody contract which binds both parties.
• CHAT PRESTIGE provides the customer with the general conditions of sale.
• The customer can provide CHAT PRESTIGE with a valid duplicate of the keys on that day.
• The customer pays the service to CHAT PRESTIGE.
The pre-visit is mandatory for all new customers. For customers who have already used the services of CHAT PRESTIGE, any change will be reported in order to modify the file.

Refusal of request for cat sitter:
The pre-visit for new customers consists of meeting the customer, the animal or animals concerned by the guards and allows the signing of the contract between the two parties. Chat Prestige reserves the right to refuse the reservation request and therefore the services requested if the hygiene conditions of the client's premises or apartment do not comply with the working conditions that Chat Prestige has set for itself. performance of its services. Living conditions unsuited to the basic needs of the animals concerned may also be a reason for refusing to sign the contract.

Chat Prestige reserves the right to refuse a request for services for any customer who has been a bad payer.

1-3 Services proposed

CHAT PRESTIGE propose three formulas for home visits.

1) The formula « Indispensable » : 30 minutes at your place

• Change of litter,
• Renewal of food and water,
• Cleaning bowls,
• Cat care in case of illness or accident,
• News is sent by SMS or email at the start and end of service,
Food, drinks, bedding are not provided.

2) The formula « Bien-être » : 40 minutes at your place

• Change of litter,
• Renewal of food and water,
• Cleaning bowls,
• Routine cat care,
• Interactive activities: hugs - games,
• Cat care in case of illness or accident,
• News is sent by SMS or email at the start and end of service,
Food, drinks, bedding are not provided.

3) The formula « Prestige » : 1 hour at your place

• Change of litter,
• Renewal of food and water,
• Cleaning bowls,
• Routine cat care,
• + interactive activities: brushing - cuddles - games and physical activity sessions,
• Cat care in case of illness or accident,
• News sent by SMS or email daily,
Food, drinks, bedding are not provided.

1-4 Visiting hours

CHAT PRESTIGE exclusively offers daily or twice-daily visits. Visiting times are free depending on the CHAT PRESTIGE tour. However, for visits scheduled on the day of departure or the day of the client's return, CHAT PRESTIGE will do its best to adapt its schedules to those of the client.

1-5 Hand-over of keys

Several options:
• The keys are kept by CHAT PRESTIGE for a future service
• CHAT PRESTIGE travels to the customer's home by appointment (travel cost in addition 15 Euros),
• They are given to a trusted person at the end of custody,
• The customer picks up his keys in person at CHAT PRESTIGE (by appointment),
• The keys are left at the home of the customer whose door is slammed,
• The customer places the keys in the CHAT PRESTIGE mailbox, in an envelope bearing the name of the cat, and without mentioning its names and address.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the mode of delivery of the keys he chooses.

1-6 Other services

• Option to transport your animal to your neighborhood veterinarian (price: between 20 to 50 euros depending on the area of ​​intervention). For the drop-off and pick-up of your animal, there can be no financial support for the veterinary consultation by Chat Prestige.
